Our Classic Day Camp provides unique activities and bonding with friends and counselors in a safe, stimulating and fun environment. Morning, afternoon and full-day sessions are available to fit your family’s needs.
Camp activities include group sports and games, crafts, swimming, nature exploration, and Rec special events. Afternoons will be more run and swim focused, with age-appropriate games and activities including Gaga, kickball, tennis, swimming, steal-the-sticks, capture-the-flag and other favorites from gym class! Full-day and morning campers should bring a packed lunch, bathing suit, towel, sunscreen, and tennis shoes each day. Session one JUNE 9-13, 2025: Camp Wild Wonders
Grab your backpacks, lace up your hiking boots, and get ready for a week of wild adventures! Join us for a week of camping expeditions, where young explorers will step into the wilderness to uncover its secrets. From wildlife and nature inspired crafts to mastering survival skills, each day is packed with hands-on fun and exciting discoveries. Whether we’re building shelters, making campfire treats, or exploring the creatures who live outside, campers will develop the confidence and curiosity of camping. So, let’s pitch our tents and embark on an unforgettable journey into the wild.
Session two JUNE 16-20, 2025: STEM Explorers
Gear up for a hands-on adventure filled with science, technology, engineering, and math! Campers will explore the wonders of STEM through building, experimenting, and creating through exciting challenges and crafts. From designing catapults and exploring the wonders of architecture through their own creativity, each day sparks curiosity and innovation. Get ready to tinker, test, and explore, the only limit is our imagination!
Session three JUNE 23- 27, 2025: Cosmic Quest
Blast off into an out-of-this-world adventure during our cosmic quest! This stellar week is packed with hands-on explorations, creative crafts, and exciting space missions as we journey through the universe! Campers will become astronauts-in-training, designing and launching their own rockets, mapping constellations to exploring the science behind black holes and planets, each day will bring new cosmic discoveries. Whether experimenting with astronauts challenges, or uncovering the mysteries of space, campers will reach for the stars in this epic week of intergalactic fun!
Session four JUNE 30-JULY 3, 2025: Beachside Adventures (NO Camp July 4)
Gear up for an explosion of vibrant fun during our Color Wars week at camp! We will be immersing ourselves in colorful challenges and friendly competitions. From tie-dying shirts to making colorful bracelets, campers will explore the rainbow through different expressions!
Session five JULY 7-11, 2025: Get in the Game!
We’re cranking up the energy for a fun week of creativity, competition, and adventure! Who wants to wear another team’s jersey when you can create your own? From crafting our own epic team gear and wellness journals to diving into action packed games and challenges, we’ve got something for everyone! Explore new activities, discover ways to stay healthy, and team up for games that’ll have everyone cheering! Let’s unleash your inner athletes and artists, while building strength in our bodies and minds. Ready, set, go!
Session six JULY 14-18, 2025: Mission Innovation
The discovery continues as we step into our second week of STEM fun! Campers will dive deeper into the world of science, technology, engineering, and math through exciting hands-on activities, creative challenges, and outdoor exploration! From designing and creating their own inventions to exploring the challenges of innovation, each day sparks curiosity and creativity. Campers will test their problem solving skills in team challenges like the egg drop or bridge builder contest, bring science to life with solar ovens, and create their own hand-made marble runs. Whether they’re future engineers, scientists, or just love to tinker, there’s something for everyone in this action-packed week of exploration and innovation!
Session seven JULY 21-25, 2025: Make A Splash
Grab your goggles and flippers – it’s time to dive in for a week of ocean exploration! Are you ready to explore the mysterious world beneath the waves? Campers will create sandy shape art of an ocean creature, uncover cool ocean facts, and even go on a treasure hunt through “the deep blue sea”! Whether you’re playing ocean games, learning about marine animals, or designing your own sea creature, this week is packed with creativity, discovery, and nonstop ocean fun. Let’s make some waves together!
Session seven JULY 28-AUG 1, 2025: Jungle Jam
Get ready for a wild week as we swing into our animal exploration! Campers will explore the exciting world of zoo and jungle animals through creative crafts, hands-on activities, and awesome animal discoveries. From creating colorful jungle masks to egg carton jungle scenes, every day is packed with fun! We’ll crawl, fly, climb, and swim through themed games like “animal Olympics” and “jungle safari scavenger hunt”. From creepy crawlies to furry friends, we’ll learn all about animals from around the world- and even discover what makes us unique in the animal kingdom. Let’s wrap up the summer with a roar!

Fee per Half-Day Session: $155 members and $190 non-members
Fee for Session 4: $125 members and $155 non-members
Full Day Session (9am-3pm)
Fee per Full-Day Session: $250 for members and $310 for non-members
Fee for Session 4: $200 members and $255 non-members
Bring packed lunch
Before and After Care will be available starting at 8am and extending to 5 pm. Limit to 5 kids per hour. You must sign up for hour increments (8-9am, 3-4pm & 4-5pm) by 3pm on Friday before camp starts. If you need additional coverage during the week, please contact the Camp Director.
Fee: $15/hr for first child and $5 for each additional child
Rec staff will transition kids as necessary between camp, swim team, and other Rec programs.
