CVRC online registration FAQ’s
Thank you for registering as a member or participant at the Chagrin Valley Rec Center. Please look over these tips and tricks if you are having trouble navigating through our online registration system.
Q: How do I make sure I receive member pricing on camp?
A: If you are registering for a membership and camps, to ensure you receive membership pricing, you must put the membership in your cart FIRST and the person you are enrolling in camp must have a membership to get the discounted pricing.
Q. I need before & aftercare, where do I sign up?
A: Available starting at 8am and extending to 5 pm. Limit to 5 kids per hour. You must sign up for hour increments (8-9am, 3-4pm & 4-5pm) by 3pm on Friday before camp starts. If you need additional coverage during the week, please contact the Camp Director.
Fee: $15/hr for first child and $5 for each additional child
Q: I need specific days for day camp and not full weeks, what do I do?
A: This is something that the Rec needs to do on your behalf but availability is limited. Please register your family through the system (set up an account) and then contact the Rec to complete the requests for specific dates. Please email us at email@example.com.
Q: How do I add my nanny?
A: When you choose the Classic Family membership, a nanny is only an additional $100. Simply add her/him to your family and when selecting Classic Family, include her/him as a 3rd adult. The $100 will be added so your membership price will be $625 plus the $30 capital contribution fee.
Q: How can I find more detailed information about camps and swim lessons?
A: Please look on our website www.chagrinrec.com. The majority of answers can be found on our website. If you still have specific questions regarding programming please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Q: I have questions and I am not getting an answer at the Rec Center when I call, how can I get help?
A: The Rec Center is a seasonal business and is currently closed. In the off-season, the Rec Center is run by a group of volunteers that also have full-time jobs. If you have questions, please email email@example.com. We will help you as quickly as we possibly can.
