One-week sessions – Monday – Friday
Half-Day & Full Day Options
Session one JUNE 2-5 : Cleveland Sports – Even if you have a different favorite team we all love our Cleveland Teams! Wear your spirit wear and celebrate our hometown sports heroes!
Session two JUNE 8-12: Pirates: Ahoy Matey! Capturing the black pearl and searching for hidden treasure are just a couple of fun things we have planned….. Hopefully, no campers or counselors will have to walk the plank!
Session three JUNE 15-19: Disney – We all know and love Disney characters and movies, so come join us to celebrate all that is Disney. Maybe we will explore our superhero skills like the Incredibles or we will make Gak from Flubber, your campers will help us decide!
Session four JUNE 22-26: Mad Science: You don’t need to be a scientist to have fun creating experiments! Exploding volcanoes, DIY robots, and making slime: all the fun parts of science!
Session five JUNE 29 – JULY 3: Gameshow Mania – Did somebody say Rec Trivia? Compete against your friends this week with classic games like charades, trivia, minute to win it and family feud.
Session six JULY 6-10: Color Wars: Classic summer camp color wars competing in physical and mental challenges. Each camper will be assigned a team, either blue or green. Points will be collected throughout the week to see which team color dominates the Rec 2020 Color Wars!
Session seven JULY 13-17: Animal Planet – Animal lovers join us for a week full of fuzzy animal fun. Learn about different kinds of animals and we will even have some live animal visitors.
Session eight JULY 20-24: Survivor Week – Help your team avoid being kicked off the island by completing various fun mental and physical tasks.
Session nine JULY 27-31: Rec Olympics – Tokyo’s got nothing on us! We will be holding our very own 2020 Summer Olympics with water and field games. Campers will also get to make up their very own Olympic games.
Half Day Sessions
Morning Session (9am-12:30pm),
Afternoon Session (12:30pm-3pm)
Fee per Half-Day Session: $115 member; $150 non-member
Full Day Session – (9am-3pm)
Fee per Full-Day Session: $210 member; $270 non-member
Full-Day Session with wrap-around care (any hours between 8AM-6PM): $335 members only

Before and After Care will be available starting at 8 am and extending to 6 pm. 24 hours advance notice required. Call the camp director to arrange before or aftercare.
$10/hour for first child/family
$5/hour for each additional child from the same family

Daily Camp Rates. Daily campers are welcome. To help us ensure proper coverage please provide at minimum 24 hours advance notice to the camp director. Campers without 24-hour notice will be subject to an additional drop-in fee.

Rec staff will transition kids as necessary between camp, swim team, and other rec programs.
Our Classic Day Camp provides unique activities and bonding with friends and counselors in a safe, stimulating and fun environment. Morning, afternoon and full-day sessions are available to fit your family’s needs.
Camp activities include group sports and games, crafts, swimming, nature exploration, and Rec special events. Afternoons will be more run and swim focused, with age-appropriate games and activities including Gaga, kickball, tennis, swimming, steal-the-sticks, capture-the-flag and other favorites from gym class! Full-day and morning campers should bring a packed lunch, bathing suit, towel, sunscreen, and tennis shoes each day. Afternoon-only campers should bring a bathing suit, towel, sunscreen, and tennis shoes each day.
Note: Full refunds are available for cancellations made up until 2 weeks prior to the 1st camp/class meeting. Our full refund policy can be found in the blue bar at the bottom of this page.
