Session 1: June 13-17 – Once Upon a Time:
Fairy tales and nursery rhymes help children expand their imagination, learn lessons and exercise their critical thinking skills. During this week we will use popular fairy tales and nursery rhymes as foundations to solve problems, compare and contrast different versions of the same tale, be creative with dramatic play, and think about different outcomes to our favorite stories
Session 2: June 20-24 – Music Makers:
Join us for a fun camp exploring music. We will learn about the sounds different instruments make, listen for and follow rhythms, create our own instruments, and look forward to having special guests that will demonstrate their musical talents.
Session 3: June 27-July 1 – Exploring our 5 Senses:
In this exciting science camp, campers will learn all about their five senses. We will use different stories, experiences, and projects to explore how we hear, touch, see, smell and taste. Each day we will focus on one of our senses.
Session 4: July 5-8 – Favorite Vacation Destinations:
Let’s pack our bags and take a trip to Disney, the beach, camping, and a winter getaway!
Session 5: July 11-15 – Going on a Safari:
Lions, tigers, and bears oh my! Bring your imagination and spend a week with us on our journey to learn about different animals and their habitats. We will explore a “jungle”, “pond”, “island”, and other exciting regions
Session 6: July 18-22 – Movers and Shakers:
A week of camp focused on all the different ways we can move our bodies. Join us for sports games, dance parties, obstacle courses, exercise, and yoga to get our heart rates up while stretching our muscles and having fun.
Session 7: July 25-29 – Community Helpers:
This week, we honor the people in our community who provide services to help others. We will share ideas about community helpers and learn why their roles are so important to all of us. Special guests will join us for the fun!
$140 per week member, $160 non-member
