Interested in running? Looking to get in shape? Looking to improve your mile time? Considering joining Cross Country in the fall? Rec Running Rules can help with all of those things. Coaches Elise McBride, Brian Johnson and Larry Richmond will teach the proper way to warm up before a good run, which muscles can help you stay healthy and how to develop those muscles to improve your running. Breathing techniques and pacing will be developed. Varying activities, distance and speed workouts will improve your times and make running a more enjoyable physical activity. Items to Bring - Water bottle, watch, socks, good running shoes, sunscreen (or apply before.) Minimum 15 students.
