Everyone from beginners to skilled players will enjoy instruction from the Rec kids tennis teachers. Bring a racquet and water bottle. Lessons run for eight weeks on either Monday nights or Wednesday nights from 7-8pm.

Have fun while you workout on wide, stable, yoga specific paddle boards that are tethered and floating in the pool. Balancing on the paddle board engages your core and glutes through 60 minutes of floating vinyasa flow.Wear quick-drying, snug fitting yoga or athletic attire or a full coverage bathing suit that allows for movement. Stand-up Paddle Board (SUP) Pool Yoga is open to all levels no prior yoga or SUP experience necessary. Shaka Fitness owner/instructor Kelly Pierce is certified through Paddlefit and Glide SUP for paddle board instruction,yoga and fitness. She is an RYT-200WW yoga instructor and a NCSF Certified Personal Trainer.
